Services will be held on Wednesday, September 27 at 2 p.m. at the BERKOWITZ-KUMIN-BOOKATZ MEMORIAL CHAPEL 1985 S. Taylor Rd., Cleveland Hts. Interment Mt. Olive Cemetery. Memorial reception will follow immediately after at Restaurant "Europa" located 30519 Pinetree Rd, Pepper Pike, OH 44124
