Services will be held Thursday, July 10, 2014 at 11 A.M. at BERKOWITZ-KUMIN-BOOKATZ MEMORIAL CHAPEL, 1985 S. TAYLOR RD., CLEVELAND HTS. Interment Bet Olam Cemetery.
