Services will be held Sunday, June 12, 2011 at 2 p.m. at BERKOWITZ-KUMIN-BOOKATZ MEMORIAL CHAPEL, 1985 S. TAYLOR RD., CLEVELAND HTS. Interment Mt. Olive Cemetery (Forest City Hebrew Section). The family will receive friends IMMEDIATELY FOLLOWING SERVICES AT TEMPLE ISRAEL NER TAMID, 1732 LANDER RD., MAYFIELD HTS. TO 8 P.M. then MONDAY AND TUESDAY at the Miner residence, 1720 WINCHESTER RD., LYNDHURST, 2-4 AND 7-9 P.M. IN LIEU OF FLOWERS, contributions are suggested to Temple Israel Ner Tamid (in memory of Jack H. Miner).
