Funeral services for Jacob will be held at Berkowitz-Kumin-Bookatz Memorial Chapel, 1985 S Taylor Rd, Cleveland Heights, Ohio 44118 on Wednesday, June 5, 2024 at 2:00 PM.
Burial will follow at Mt. Sinai Cemetery, 6576 White Rd, (Corner of SOM and White Rds.), Mayfield Village, Ohio 44143.
