Following the funeral services interment will take place in Mayfield Cemetery, 2749 Mayfield Rd, Cleveland Hts., Ohio 44106 at 2:30 PM.
A reception in Jay's Memory will be held following the burial on Friday at The Temple Tifereth Israel.
The family will next receive friends Saturday from 7 to 9 PM and on Sunday from 2 to 4 PM at the Siegel residence, 5275 River Creek Rd, Lyndhurst, OH 44124.
