Addie, I am so sorry to hear about Lable's passing.  As you may remember, I liked him (and you) very much.  He was a real mentch and funny comedian.  I used to stop by at your office to see the two of you. I am certain that his family and friends will sorely miss him.  By the way, my lovely wife passed away in July.  We were hoping to meet with you and Lable a few years ago in Boca.

It is difficult to mention only one or two names when there is such a loving and connected family.  We have enjoyed the love and friendship of the family for 51 years and will miss Lable very much.  We have had such good times over the years and had such fun exchanging stories.  He truly was a loving and sweet man with a twinkle and a great welcoming smile. June remembers the day you moved into her apartment building & she asked you if you liked chocolate cake, that her mother had just baked some. Whitey had long known Lable, also before the war, as "one of the boys," in fact, as one of the best of them. Whitey remembers Zaidy, Lable's grandfather, sitting on the porch with his beard in his lap, for many years. This especially hits Whitey hard. Lable was the last of his old crowd. I was blessed to work for (Lable)He was such a great person, he taught me a lot of things surrounding the property management profession.  But, more importantly he shared things about life along with how to laugh at yourself and your mistakes while learning from those mistakes! Lable made me feel like i was a part of his family and I appreciate the way he tried to treat all of his employees with respect and compassion!
