I am so very sorry to hear of the loss of your Mother.  "Mothers are Special" You are in my prayers for strength.

My heart is so sad. Your mom has been such a wonderful part of my life and my mom's for the past many years - most particularly in the past two, as I had the privilege of driving our moms to lunch before canasta every Wednesday. She had a way of telling a complete story with just a glance at me. Oh those expressive eyes. What a smart, sensitive, quick-witted, funny, adorable lady. A true lady indeed. With a heart big enough to make so many feel loved. She's left a big space in this world and in me. Sending my love to you, Howard, Ingrid and the rest of the family she loved so dearly. Libby and I were part of an adult Bat Mitzvah group at B'nai Jeshurun. When I saw during the first session that Libby was self-conscious about her Hebrew skills, I told her to sit next to me and we would figure out the readings together as best we could. We were thrilled when the bat mitzvah went off beautifully and we would always seek each other out at synagogue for a hello hug. She was a lovely, classy lady through and through and I will miss her.
