Grandmother of Sarah (Michael) Ward, Kate Horvitz and Lizzie Horvitz. Great grandmother of Hailey and Samuel Ward. Friend of Kelly Morman of Indian Wells, Ca. Services will be held Sunday July 26 at 2 PM at the BERKOWITZ-KUMIN-BOOKATZ MEMORIAL CHAPEL 1985 S. Taylor Rd. Cleveland Heights, OH. Entombment Mayfield Mausoleum. Family will receive friends at the residence 5200 Three Village Dr. Lyndhurst SUNDAY FOLLOWING SERVICES AND ENTOMBMENT UNTIL 9 PM.
