Mrs Foust, as I used to call her, was a wonderful first grade teacher as I can attest to having been in her class in Akron Ohio in 1953-1954. I had the pleasure of being in school and in the band with her son Jeff, and enjoyed chatting with her when I was at a play date at their house. I was pleased to have dinner with her and my son at Jeff’s house in Massachusetts many years later following a service he had led as the Rabbi in a North Shore Temple.
What an accomplished person she was!
Rest In Peace Madeline
