I found out that Mark had passed and wanted to add something to his Online page.  Mark and I went to Eastmoor Jr. and Senior High and graduated in '74.  Mark played on the Baseball Team and I ran Track.  We were not only classmates but friends, also.  I am glad to have known him and I know he is missed by his Family and Friends.

It is with great sadness and surprise that Kathy, my children Adam, Matt and Kali and I heard about Mark's passing. He was a teammate that my family had a great fondness for. We played softball together for many years on several teams and we enjoyed a great deal of success and, more important, comradery and friendship. When I was looking for another business to pursue, Mark was kind enough to encourage, counsel and give me needed direction. "Money" was a very kind and generous guy and we offer our sincere condolences to his family and friends.

Mark was a Great Man, Mentor, Father, Friend and humanitarian. He was selfless he loved his family, basketball, business and teaching people how to enhance their abilities. He will be dearly missed.

He was my friend and Mentor. He taught me how to give back to our community by coaching and giving  of my Time. I will miss his guidance and leadership ...

I remember walking in the neighborhood for many years and always knew that I would see Mark either shooting baskets or throwing a baseball or any kind of ball with the kids. I usually would stop by for a few minutes and we would talk about real estate or sports. I really enjoyed seeing Mark whether it was at Beechmont or in the neighborhood. The nice thing to remember is that I always enjoyed seeing Mark and always enjoyed his company. May his soul rest in peace.

My heart is sad learning the news of my cousin's passing.  I remember him as being kind, respectful, genuine and fun-loving.  I remember his laugh; such a happy memory that fills my heart.  I will miss him greatly.  I pray for his children, grand children, my Uncle Dick, Aunt Peg and cousins Lora, Michael and their families.  Lord, please hold us in Your arms and give us comfort and peace.

So very sorry to read about Mark.  My sincere sympathy to the Munsell family.  I had the pleasure of working with Mark at his first job in commercial real estate after he graduated from college.  Mark was also a groomsman in my wedding in 1979. I remember him as one that always greeted you with a big smile and he made you feel like he was genuinely happy to see you.  Always hoped he had a good life and I was very pleased to read that he had although it ended way to soon.

I'm devastated to learn of the passing of my dear cousin Mark. He was always larger then life to me; confident, positive, handsome, kind, funny, successful. My deepest sympathies to my sweet Aunt Peg, Uncle Dick, cousins Lora and Michael and families, and Leslie, his beautiful children and grandchildren, and extended family and friends. He was a charmer, positive minded, and a cool cat :) I remember growing up and visits together in Ohio and California, a trip to Vegas with our families when we were teens, and meeting two of his sons at Lora's wedding in Vegas more recently. He just beamed when he spoke of his children. He always remained that gentle, bright spirit. My heart breaks with all of yours. I'm so proud of him in his career, but more importantly, in life with his children, and at risk kids. He had a big heart. May God comfort all in our loss and bring peace, and may happy memories warm our hearts until we see him again. Hugs.

I will never forget the first time I met Mark in his office...we discussed leases, grants and the like - all for the Vue project. 
I loved seeing his excitement in the video of him as we commenced demolition of buildings 1, 2 and 3. 
It was great to meet David during this project and to see Mark's pride during the grand opening for the Vue. 
You will be missed by so many, Mark.

I was stunned to receive this news about my cousin Mark.  You always called me "Jules Vern", gave me that smile and huge hug.  No matter how much time passed between visits, the greeting was always the same.  I will cherish our memories, from our Christmas's at Grandma & Grandpa Docken's to our visits throughout the years.
