Maxine Ruth Turner

Maxine Ruth Turner passed away on February 26, 2025 on her 91st birthday. She was born on February 26, 1934 to Louis and Helen Klein. She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother and great grandmother. She leaves behind her adoring children; Mark David (Alysse), Gregg Steven (Diane) and Wendy Susan (Michelle) . Her grandchildren; Jaime, Joey, Joshua, and Matthew. Great-grandchildren; Jace and Lainey and niece Kim (Al). She was preceded in death by her parents, her late husband; Robert Sheldon Turner, and her brother; Melvin Klein.

Maxine grew up in California and graduated high school with honors. She loved to travel to Cleveland every year which is where she eventually met her husband to be and became a loving wife and mother. She loved to read, listen to music and go to see live shows, but mostly she just loved spending time with her family and animals .

A funeral service will be held at Berkowitz Kumin and Bookatz Memorial Chapel on Sunday, March 2, 2025 at 12:30 PM. Interment will be at Mount Olive Cemetery in Solon, OH. Following Interment, The family will host a luncheon at The Marriott Hotel, 26300 Harvard Rd, Warrensville Hts, Ohio 44122

In Lieu of food donations or flowers, the family asks to please consider a cash donation which will be distributed to Cypress Hospice and the MS Society. There will be a tzedakah (charity) box available at the luncheon.
