I'm sorry to hear of your loss. Mona was a special lady. I met her at the JCC in West Orange in 2001 and knew she had the utmost respect for her body. We shared many conversations about health and family. Then we met again in Hunters Run gym. I always enjoyed seeing her and catching up. She was a kind and caring woman. She will be missed!

Growing up together, Mona was my quintessential big sister. She took care of me when our parents were out, we played many games , & enjoyed spending time together.

Mona was an excellent student, high school & college cheerleader and a dynamite dancer. I enjoyed watching her dance at recitals and cheer at basketball games. I was proud she became a registered nurse working with pediatric patients.

We drifted apart as adults having many lifestyle differences but managed to see each other on special occasions . I always remembered the strong bond we shared with our parents and positive experiences we had as children.

Even though we were not close I realized how much love & devotion Mona had for her family, children and grandchildren. She cultivated a deep devotion to the Orthodox Jewish faith which will be perpetuated by her children and grandchildren.

We had a really nice conversation soon after her 80th birthday. She was so thrilled her family got her a "puppy".

A few days before her passing she left me a voice message. In her soft and soothing voice her signature greeting followed  " Hi Lee, this is Mona. "

I was shocked and saddened to hear of Mona's passing. She was such a caring, kind person who will be missed by so many. My condolences to Mark and the family. Sue Wallace

Harvey and I were so shocked and sad at hearing of Mona’s passing. She was such a special lady. Kind and gentle always thinking of others. Loved getting her Purim mishloach manot. I enjoyed golfing with her at Hunters Run. Such a loss for all of you. I will miss her
