Dear Joanie, Zeke, and Jenny, You don't know me, but I knew Niel from bridge and he wrote a magnificent parody of My Fair Lady for a Cleveland regional bridge tournament in 1979 (i think).  I was lucky enough to be in musical with Niel.  He was absolutely brilliant.  I am so sad to hear of his passing. My deepest sympathy is sent to you all.  We moved to Texas in '81 and have only seen Niel once in all that time.  My husband, Bob, and I pray God's peace will be with you.

Niel was my friend for over 40 years. His love and loyalty to family and friends was unmatched.  When needed, Niel was always there with his big heart, unyielding support, tremendous intellect, and quick wit. Waletzky Family, I've spent but one day a year with you, for the past 20+ years.  You made us all feel like family.  I am very saddened and will miss Neil, a true Hall of Famer, from the NCFFL "family".

So sorry to hear of your loss.  I had the pleasure of working with Niel for several years.  We were not always on the same side, but we always managed to respect each other's opinions and beliefs.

Smart, funny, a wicked wit, a strong sense of right and wrong, a friend, a competitor, just someone who enriched the lives of those who knew him. Damn it, Niel, you will be missed by many.

Neil was my instructor when I started with IRS he was a great person. We will miss him dearly. My prayers are with you. May God bless you during this time

Niel was one of the most effective union members I worked with.  He accomplished many things for the good of IRS employees.

Will be missed, as a Union Steward he fought for the right s of employees and made sure you knew your rights.He settled many cases for and for that I am Thankful.To his family my you find peace at this time of sorry and remember all th good times spent with your loved one.

I was with Neil when we were both trainees as R/Os.  His sense of humor and his humanitarianism will long be remembered by all fortunate enough to have been associated with him.

I worked with Niel when I began working at the IRS.  He always gave me good advice and direction and will be missed by all.  May you rest in peace.
