ADELL Norman Adell, 91 born June 23, 1923, passed away on December 20, 2017. Mr. Adell was predeceased by his beloved wife Lois Baden Adell and his 4 brothers and 4 sisters; he is survived by his devoted daughters Ava Silverstein (Michael) of CA and Ruth Adell; adored grandchildren Alex Adell (Rachel) and Leah Silverstein; dearest great grandfather of Kai and June Adell. Mr. Adell worked in the publishing industry for over 35 years, selling books and entertaining others. Mr. Adell served in the U.S. Navy during WW II. He was an avid world traveler and cruise enthusiast, seeing over 40 countries on more than 30 cruises with his daughters. Services will be held Friday, December 22, 2017 at 1:00 PM at Berkowitz-Kumin-Bookatz Memorial Chapel, 1985 S. Taylor Rd., Cleveland Heights. Interment Bet Olam Cemetery. The family will receive following services at the residence, 6353 Fairhaven Rd., Mayfield Heights following interment to 8 PM, Saturday 6-8 PM and Sunday 10 AM to 8 PM. Contributions are suggested to a charity of choice.
