I first met Oleg a few years ago. He was such a warm and kind man, who easily laughed. I remember how his first concern was always for his family, and how deeply he cared for their well being. He will be greatly missed by all of us. Tatianna, Julia and Katie, you will be in our prayers.

I will always remember Oleg's smiling face when I saw him in our department at FRB Cleveland.  We would chat in the café while waiting for our food to heat up or while passing in the hallway.  He was always so friendly and spoke fondly of his family and granddaughter.   Sending love and prayers to Oleg's family :)

Oleg  was a trusted colleague and friend. He was a real 'gentle giant' and a role model for other developers.  Even though it had been a while after we worked together, Oleg reached out to me after my wife passed away to offer kindness and sympathy to my family and I, and I'll never forget it. It was always my pleasure to see him at work or in the garage and catch up a bit on the walk to the office. 

I offer my sincerest condolences and sympathies to you in your time of grief. Losing a loved one is never easy, especially when it's someone like Oleg.

I am very happy to have met and get to know Oleg and he will be truly missed.  He was so kind and a pleasure to work with.  I will remember the stories he would tell and the advice he would give.  As the work days would come to an end we would talk about anything from Chernobyl, home remodeling, how he use to love running and parenting among other things.  As a father with daughters I remember he jokingly told me that it will be eight years before I go a day where my daughters didn't cry, so far he was right.   It was always a pleasure to see him smile and laugh.  You will be missed Oleg.  

Oleg was a dear colleague at the Fed. He had an incredible mathematical mind and handled some of the most complicated coding projects.  He was a happy soul and always spoke so fondly of his family--proud to be a father and more recently a grandfather.  I learned a great deal from him about history and loved when he would turn his chair around, as we wound down a work day, to share a well-informed perspective on world history.  I loved working with you, Oleg. You are missed!

Everyone that met Oleg found a friendly and kind man. I enjoyed getting to know him while working with him at the Fed and getting to hear stories about his life. His family was very dear to him and he spoke of them often. We all have missed his warm smile and big laugh. His legacy will live on though his family and his friends and colleagues will never forget him.


Oleg was a caring co-worker who told us wonderful stories about his family and experiences. He had a lot of knowledge and was always willing to help out team-mates. I thank Oleg for all the things he taught me. I will have fond memories of the conversations, and my time I worked with him.
I pray that his soul rest in peace, and may the family find strength and peace through the days ahead.

Oleg! When I would shout your name as a greeting, I'd always delight in being the recipient of your warm, generous smile. Sending peace and strength to all those who knew and loved this very kind man. 

I worked with Oleg and he was warm, genuine and excellent at his craft.    He will be missed.  Peace and healing to his family and friends.

We are deeply saddened to hear about Oleg's passing. I worked with Oleg at Flashline and he introduced us to our love of fish keeping.  He was wonderful to work with, a kind and nurturing person and a patient teacher.  Our deepest sympathies are with Oleg's family.

I also worked with Oleg at the FRB.   My heart aches for his loss.  I will always remember Oleg’s infectious smile that never dimmed.  He was a kind, gentle man who was always very respectful of all as well as being so well respected.  I send my sincere condolences to Oleg’s family.  He was a sincerely good man.

My sincere condolences. Although I worked with Oleg on a daily basis at FRB, it wasn't until I joined him in a tug-of-war competition that I got to see the smile inside him shine. The competition was held in Cleveland on a beautiful sunny day. Oleg, accompanied by  his wife and children, was all smiles that day. He and his son were the muscle on our team and the love that they shared was beaming from his ever-present smile. It was a pleasure to have met Oleg and his family. I'm so sorry that he has left us.
