Chapel funeral services will be held at Berkowitz-Kumin-Bookatz Memorial Chapel, 1985 S Taylor Rd, Cleveland Heights, Ohio 44118 on Thursday, May 22, 2025 at 1:00 PM.

Interment will follow at Mt. Olive Cemetery, 27855 Aurora Rd., Solon, Ohio 44139.
The family will receive friends at 3327 Berkshire Rd, Cleveland Hts., OH 44118 Thursday following the burial until 8 PM, Friday, May 23 from 9 AM to 6 PM and Saturday, May 24 from 11 AM to 6 PM.
