We met Bob and Lois many years ago when Jeff and Bob were in the same Lodge. Bob was always so pleasant and helpful to us at Dunn Hardware . Our deepest sympathy . 

Bob hired me in 1994 and I remember I was working at Davis Bakery and Joel Davis had a fit about Bob hiring me and Bob defended me. I worked at Dunn until 2009 and all I can say is that was an amazing place to work. Bob and Lois treated everyone in there like family. My deepest condolences to the Lancz family. 🙏🙏❤️

I was a customer of Dunn Hardware for years.  I found Bob to be a great role model. He cared about his customers and understood that the place to be was on the sales floor and not in the office. I found him to be of high integrity. His word was always good. I have only good memories of Bob. He will be missed.

When I bought my first house in Lyndhurst Bob helped me navigate through all kinds of projects,  before, during and after we moved in. I will never forget his kindness and patience, turning me into a pretty good do it yourselfer!  

May Bob’s memory be a blessing.   

We all are influenced by people we encounter, e.g., parents, teachers, religious leaders, etc.  My brother, Bob, was my pillar, the person I could always count on to be there for me, my sounding board and support person. 
To say we will miss him, his wit and wisdom,  his endearing qualities, his unrestrictive love is to understate how devastated Sharon and I are by his passing. Our recovery from this loss to our family will be a long time coming. We send our love to you all.

My condolences to the entire Lancz family.   I have many memories with Bob as Scott and I have been best friends since we were little.   Such a nice man who was kind and generous to everyone.  Will be dearly missed 

i knew bob for almost 55 years. he was the consumate gentleman,
businessman extrordinaire, and all round  nice guy.i used to go to
his hardware store just to bs with him.

I have many fond memories of times together as kids chasing around the yard, trying to follow the Hungarian conversation and getting Bob and Jerry to translate for me, our families together with Ibi and Bandi, enjoying wedding celebrations and family gatherings and especially Bob’s 80th birthday party in CO. We are so saddened to here of your loss. My family has many fond memories of Uncle Bob and your family. My dad really enjoyed playing poker and pinochle with Uncle Bob all these years and spending time with Aunt Lois, Uncle Bob and the Levines on Summer trips to Chautauqua. We are so sorry for your loss.  Bob was really a nice guy and a good Canasta player.  Although we didn’t see get a chance to see you very often in the last several years,except when you were visiting Cleveland , we enjoyed being with you both, having dinner and playing cards and seeing photos from your travels.
