

Roberta "Bobbi" Weiss, known for her vibrant spirit and boundless love, peacefully passed away at her home on May 22, 2026, at the age of 88. Born on August 1, 1937, in Chicago, Illinois, Bobbi was the beloved daughter of Samuel and Gloria Starr.
Bobbi's journey through life was a testament to her unwavering dedication to family and friends. She found great joy in nurturing her relationships, leaving a legacy of love and warmth that will forever resonate with those who knew her.
A proud alumni of The Ohio State University, Bobbi met Eugene "Gene" Weiss during her time there, beginning a love story that spanned 59 wonderful years. Together, they built a life filled with laughter, joy, and deep companionship, a beacon of unity that inspired everyone around them.
In her professional life, Bobbi was a force to be reckoned with. Her decades-long career as a successful real estate agent showcased her tenacity, intelligence, and innate ability to connect with those around her.
Bobbi's personal qualities were as captivating as her professional achievements. Known for her impeccable sense of fashion, quick wit, and warm smile, she had a remarkable ability to light up any room she entered. Friends and family fondly recall her taking over the dance floor with an energy that was both captivating and contagious.
Bobbi was predeceased by her loving husband, Gene Weiss, son Brad , and son-in-law Robert Schultz. She is survived by her children, Michael ( Patricia) , Scott (Kathy) , daughter Dana Schultz, and her grandchildren, Samuel and Alyssa Weiss, Lexi and Coby Weiss, Jake (Allison) Schultz, Rachael Schultz , Aly Kaplansky, and Matthew,(Nicole) Weiss, who gave Bobbi her great-grandchild, Cloud . All had brought her endless joy.
Bobbi's life was a tapestry woven with love, laughter, and resilience. Her memory will live on in the hearts of all she touched. As we bid farewell to this remarkable woman, we are reminded of the light she brought into our lives and the indelible mark she has left on our hearts.
A Chapel service will be held Sunday, May 24, at 11:00 AM at Berkowitz-Kumin-Bookatz Memorial Chapel. 1985 South Taylor Road, Cleveland Heights. Interment will be held at Mount Olive Cemetery.
Family will receive friends immediately following the service until 4 PM and then again from 6 PM - 8 PM and then on Monday from 12 PM - 4 PM at the residence, 36545 Aberdeen Lane, Solon, OH 44139.
