Services Thursday January 4 at 1 pm. at the BERKOWITZ-KUMIN-BOOKATZ MEMORIAL CHAPEL 1985 S. Taylor Rd., Cleveland Hts. Interment Whitehaven Cemetery. Family will receive friends at the residence of Mr. and Mrs. Clay Harris 6845 Chase Dr., Mentor after service until 8 p.m. Contributions are suggested to Maltz Hospice House at Menorah Park.
