Services will be held Friday, July 3 at 11 AM at the BERKOWITZ-KUMIN-BOOKATZ MEMORIAL CHAPEL 1985 S. Taylor Td. Cleveland Heights, Ohio. Interment Zion Memorial Park.

Family will receive friends at the residence of K. Lash 3883 Monticello Blvd. Cleveland Heights, Ohio FRIDAY FOLLOWING SERVICES AND INTERMENT UNTIL 5PM, SUNDAY 1PM-5pm.
