Pollak, Ph.D. died October 11, 2013 at her RH Myer’s Towers residence: devoted mother of Mark Feingold, MD (Judy); cherished grandmother of Shira Tarrant, PhD, David Feingold, MD (Rachel) and Alisa Feingold; loving great grandmother of Emilie, Gabriella, Jacob, Serena and Jesse. Service will be held at BERKOWITZ-KUMIN-BOOKATZ MEMORIAL CHAPEL, 1985 S. TAYLOR RD, CLEVELAND HTS., Monday, October 14 at 1:00PM. Interment Mayfield Cemetery. Family will receive friends at the residence of Mark & Judy Feingold, 3091 Chelsea Drive, Cleveland Hts. IMMEDIATELY FOLLOWING INTERMENT MONDAY UNTIL 8PM; and for her friends at RH Myer’s Towers TUESDAY AT 2PM.
