many years ago I got to meet the Nudelman's through the Benjamins. I was a local entertainer who happened to be in Mrs Benjamins 8th grade history class. Well years later bothof these wonderful couples were coming to see me as I entertained in many local clubs. When I saw Sid's obit in the Plain Dealer I had to respond. I am so sad for Marilyn and the rest of Sid's family and all his friends, and I thank the Lord for letting me get to know Sid.

What a kind, gentle soul.  We were privileged to have known and worked with Sidney for many years.  He was a shining example of integrity at its best.  Our sympathies to the family.

Sid was my valued  colleague and law partner for 25 years. He was a good and decent man who is missed by all who were privileged to know him.

I have known Sid since the 4th grade, sharing many laughs, deep thoughts, & a few tears along the way. Sid was different from most of us ... his character was forged with a unique blend of honesty, resolve, & uncanny ability to simplify & solve any complex problem. He was also brave, as evidenced by his heroic rescue of several fellow passengers from a fatal plane crash. So while we mourn for Sid, let us also remember that his was a life well lived, filled with deep love for Marilyn & his family. His passions were many: world travel, arts & theater, community & religious involvement, & excelling as an attorney. But most important ... his love & devotion to family & friends.

Sidney-- an extraordinary man --  wonderfully upbeat, endlessly enthusiastic, reliably wise while gentle, understanding, patient and caring. A true example of what it means to be good in this world. I will always remember the eloquence and warmth of Sid's speech at Jodi's and Rich's wedding years ago---I was struck by his gentle manner and natural ability to touch us with his words.
His relationship with his grandkids was fun and loving-he was a grandpa, a confidant, a role-model, a friend.
As a father to Jodi and Eric, he was always there for guidance and support which made their family so close. This surely influenced Jodi and Eric to be such good parents. 
And to see Sid and Marilyn together or to hear them speak of each other with such love and respect was always a strikingly solid affirmation of marriage. They complimented each other. 
The legacy of Sid is a gift for all of us. I feel lucky to have known him and the Nudelman family.
