Steve was an accomplished and very spiritual man who lived his life in the service of the greater good, having a positive impact on those whose lives he touched. He was one-of-a-kind, brilliant, dazzling, hilarious, magical — a scholar, athlete, musician, healer and humorist.
A graduate of University School, Harvard University (cum laude) and the New England School of Acupuncture, Steve also spent time living in Fuzhou, China to study the Chinese approach to using acupuncture to rehabilitate people who had strokes. As a gifted acupuncturist, he helped hundreds and was truly a spiritual beacon.
Despite enduring numerous health challenges for many years, Steve had a heart which was full of love for everyone and always continued his devotional practice of meditation.
Steve leaves a legacy of intelligence, humor and service.
Deeply admired and loved, he was the cherished son of Edith Miller and the late Ted Miller, beloved older brother of B.J. Miller (Marty) and Tim Miller (Rae) and adoring and proud father of daughters, Sophia Miller and Grace Miller.
A memorial service to celebrate Steve's life will be held at 11:00 am on Sunday September 2nd in the Mausoleum at Mayfield Cemetery, 2749 Mayfield Road, Cleveland Heights, OH 44106. Reception will follow.
Contributions are suggested to the Prem Rawat Foundation (tprf.org), Hospice of the Western Reserve (hospicewr.org).
