Terry L Kulkin

Terry, a loving daughter, sister, niece, and aunt, was a dedicated Certified Registered Nurse with an extensive nursing background. She devoted 41 years of her career to University Hospitals, working in the ED, NICU, and on the Rainbow Babies & Children's Hospital Critical Care Transport team. Throughout her nursing career, Terry cared for critically ill and injured adults, high-risk obstetric adults, intensive care pediatric patients, and premature newborns.

Her devotion to nursing and patient care earned her numerous Nursing Excellence Service Awards throughout her career at UH. In addition, she also worked as a Nurse Paralegal for 20 years in the field of medical malpractice.

Outside of her professional life, Terry loved her family, friends, the water, and the beach. She took great pride in her home and yard, which she lovingly maintained and filled with beautiful flowers.

Terry is survived by her brother Scott (Lisa), her nephew Matthew (fiancée Corinna), her Aunt Adrienne (Daniel, deceased), and many other cousins, family members, and many close friends. She was preceded in death by her parents, Nathan and Ilean Kulkin, her uncles Jack, Harry, and Milton, and her aunts Rachel, Jean, and Betty, (all deceased).

A private graveside service will be held at Mount Olive Cemetery on Sunday, August 30, with a private Shiva immediately following. A private Shiva will also be held on Monday, August 31.
