Your mother was a very kind and loving person.  She has a smile and a laugh for everyone she met.  She was definitely a "charmer."  I loved to listen to her recall the stories of her life.  She was also full of surprises.  Like the time we saw her up on the roof while walking down your street at lunch time.  Thank you, Maria, for sharing your Mom with me.  I really enjoyed her!  She will always be "The Lady on the roof" to me!

She was my mother and my friend.  She has a hard life.  She taught me to love life, not only in words but through example.  "Take what God gives you," she would tell me.  She celebrated life with a smile, in music, dance, and food.  I saw life through her eyes and rejoiced in her innocence.  Now she will receive her reward in heaven.  I will miss you Mom.

You were the greatest mom.  You were were always patient and taught me to love music, dance, ethnic food and family.  You were the most gentle woman I knew yet you could put sidings on a house, fix windows, and built steps.  I love you very much and miss you.

Every time I saw Grandma Kazanowski, she would always laugh at me. Now, I don't know why I was so funny, but I didn't care - laughter is contagious and she would just fill the whole room with smiles. I will miss her glowing face, kindness, and wisdom. Her strength is forever inspirational; I am also forever inspired by her through art and music. She will be missed dearly, but has made a mark on all of our hearts. God must have needed another angel.

My prayers are with the Kazanowski Family. May your Mother rest in peace. John, your Mom will always be behind you you with a sweater and some soup. God Bless you all.
