Angela L. Derby

Angela moved to Ohio with her family in 1980. She attended Wilson Jr High School where she pursued athletics, she loved playing basketball and running track. She attended Aviation High School, Barbizon Modeling School, graduated from East High in 1986. Angie always had a desire to be a mortician; she attended Cincinnati State University in 2005 to fulfill that desire. Angela worked retail many years: Gabriel Brothers, Manager Men’s Dept; Walmart and Bed Bath and Beyond. Angie loved cooking, music, dancing and singing loud. She never turned down a challenge.

Angie is predeceased by her brother Franklin Louis Derby, Jr.

She leaves behind two sons; Philip Keenan Derby and Alondo Louis Ivery Five loving grandchildren Amariana, Athena , Keenan, A’mia and Asura Brothers: ReLan A. Derby, Cleveland, OH Carlton F. Derby, Ali Derby, Troy Derby - Seattle, WA Sisters: Sangia Derby, and Marlana Derby - Syracuse, NY And a host of aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, nephews and friends. Angela will be greatly missed
