A visitation will be held at Cummings & Davis Funeral Home, located at 13201 Euclid Avenue, Cleveland, Ohio, 44112, on December 11, 2025, from 4:00 pm to 7:00 pm.
A wake will take place at the same venue on December 12, 2025, from 10:30 am to 11:00 am, followed by a Celebration of Life Funeral Service starting at 11:00 am.
The committal service is scheduled for December 15, 2025, from 12:30 pm to 12:41 pm at Cleveland Memorial Gardens Cemetery, 4324 Green Rd, Highland Hills, Ohio, 44122.
Interment will follow at Cleveland Memorial Gardens.
