Tony was born on October 10, 1984, to his loving parents, David Karn, Sr. and the late Michelle Yacovella. He was the adored younger brother and best friend of David Karn, Jr. (Natalie), and the beloved step-brother of Darlene Korkan and Edward Korkan.
Above all his achievements, Tony was an amazing father to his two sons, Anthony, Jr. and Austin. He cherished his boys deeply, and together they shared countless adventures, especially camping. Tony’s vibrant spirit also made him a fun and endlessly supportive uncle to his nephews, Dylan, Dominic, and David Karn, III. He will be deeply missed many Aunts, Uncles, Cousins, and friends.
A dedicated professional and hard worker, Tony was a proud union member of the Pipefitters Local 120, where he shared a strong bond of brotherhood with his colleagues.
Tony was preceded in death by his beloved mother, Michelle Yacovella; his step-mother, Barbara Karn; his step-brother, David Korkan; and his grandparents, Michael and Ethelee Karn, and Anthony and Nancy Yacovella.
His laughter, love for his family, and generous spirit will be deeply missed but never forgotten by all who knew and loved him.
Visitation will be held at A. Ripepi & Sons Funeral Home, 18149 Bagley Road, Middleburg Heights, OH 44130, US, on June 18, 2026, from 3:00 pm to 7:00 pm. where Funeral Services will be held on Friday at 10:00 am.
