I love you so much welo you were like my real dad❤️ . I appreciate all the things you did for me and Jaden I’m thankful to had spend 20 years with you. I miss when you would watch me and Jaden when mom worked or summer school breaks and we would go to doctors appointment with you , and you and mama would take me and Jaden to McDonald’s to eat 😂and  spoiling us with any chance you guys can get🤍because you were that type of cool grandpa. Best feeling was when you would take me to school and pick me up seeing you when I walked out of school was the best feeling ever.  I remember when you would entertain yourself my bothering me and Jaden so much haha 😂it gave you joy. Im grateful for all the holidays and birthdays I got to spend with you . Im grateful you were able to meet and spend time with your great grandson my son zaiden . Seeing you play with zaiden and always get excited to see him was my absolute favorite memory 🙌🏽. Zaiden loved you to and I will always tell zaiden about you as he gets older that he was your “Nego” 🤍. Mi mas sentido pesame a la familia Muniz. Soy una querida amiga y Hermana de la Sra. Awilda Morales. Conoci al Sr. Muniz y su encantadora esposa hace mas de un mes, por poco tiempo. Cuando conoci al Sr. Muniz, estaba cocinado comida espanola y la cocina olia bien. Tenia un alma tan gentility, tan dulce. 

Our dear beloved brother! You left us too soon😪Our hearts are 💔 Praying for our family and asking God to help ease our pain. May God rest your soul🕊🕊. You will always be remembered as  our "Antonio Aquilar".  Singing mom's and our favorite song -Tristes Recuerdos-during our family reunion on 5/7/2011 will always be our most cherished and treasured memory of you💙

Words cannot describe the pain I feel for the loss of my uncle and God father. I have lots of good memories as a child being around him and my dad always singing Mariachi music and his favorite singer was Antonio Aguilar and my dad loved Daniel Santos. I would cry every time he and my titi would leave my home and he would ask my dad can I take Liza with us home. I loved being in his home.  He would treat me like another daughter. He was an excellent dad, grandfather, Husband and in general a family man.  He especially took good care of my titi till the end. When family came over he would take out his Mariachi CD and sing to us and I would learn to love this music because of him. I will forever miss him very much but will always remember him through Mariachi music. RIP tio I love ❤️ you always and forever.

My deepest condolences to  my Aunt Candice Muniz, cousins, and extended families. Uncle was indeed an amazing human being. A loving husband, father, and friend. It is with great regrets that he will be greatly missed. Earth has lost a precious soul but heaven has welcomed a beautiful angel🙏 As a young niece and now into adulthood, I can vividly remember how welcoming and loving he was. Family was everything to him and he made it known with his infectious smile and hospitable gestures. Recently in the Fall I had the opportunity to visit with him and my beautiful sweet Aunt Candice. It was so refreshing as well as heartwarming to relive that genuine personality that he always displayed. I remember him telling Awilda and I how much, we resembled one another and how much we had in common. He was so proud as he watched us in amazement and so fondly if I may add. Uncle expressed so proudly. He just payed such good attention to everything that had to do with family.  Just a true pleasure! You will be missed but your heavenly spirit and smile will never be forgotten🌹With loving memories,

It’s so hard to just think of one memory when you were apart of my entire life. From the moment I was born, to my baby baptism, to my quince, my high school graduation, college graduation, my performances, and every Christmas and New Years we celebrated together and more. I’d get so excited any time I got to spend time with my grandparents. I will always cherish the memories of you teaching me how to sing when I was little, the Indians games we’d go to, always going to a Mexican restaurant every year on your birthday, you and mama babysitting us when mami and papi were working or the days you’d pick me up from school were my favorite. You were a second daddy to me, when you and mama would watch us you always brought home the best snacks, Slim Jim’s, Doritos, orange popsicles, candy, and when we got to be teenagers you and mama were the king and queen of hiding random money or scratch off tickets in our coat pockets or purses for us to find later as a surprise. Or Another favorite memory was sleeping over you and mama’s house with Ivette and Joey and my cousins. You would always give up your bed so we could sleep with mama and you would insist to sleep on the floor or in another room just so we were comfortable. You were always the first one up with your coffee enjoying the quiet morning as you stared out the window waiting for us to get up. I remember the days I slept over your house and you would take us to Tio Felix’s church on Sunday mornings. I loved singing and praising Jesus with you! You and mama taught me how to worship and I thank you because worship is my weapon now! 

I’m going to miss your hugs, our laughs, you calling me your negra, I’m just going to miss you… I love you so much, Wel! Rest in Heaven tranquilito, we’ll take care of mama down here. Tell grandpa Sergio I said hi and I love him too! Tell all our family up there hi, I know this isn’t goodbye rather, I’ll see you all soon! 💛 

My grandfather was and will always be a special blessing to the entire family and to those he met. I’m thankful because he showed us the importance of family and relationships. I’m also grateful because he brought us great joy, peace, and wisdom. I am going to miss and cherish all of the moments we shared at home and at a baseball game. Welo, your humor lit up a room and my heart; I love you very much and I know you will always be in my heart. I thank God for you every day so I just want to say thank you. 

My handsome grandfather showed me how to love my familia. He showed me to love others and be kind.  He was humble and always showed his grandchildren to humble themselves. He was always content with whatever gift he received. He loved the Cleveland Indians & wrestling sports. He will always be welo, wel, mi Antonio Aguilar, legendary & my favorite singer. I love youuuuu welo con todo mi corazon ! Xoxo te amo con mi alma entera. I’m so sad/hurt/distraught …but I know you are with papito Dios en el cielo. 🙏🏾🙏🏾❤️❤️❤️God please hug my welo tightly
