Carlos was a devoted father, loving son, caring brother, and cherished uncle. His warmth and generosity touched everyone fortunate enough to know him.
Born in El Salvador, Carlos came to the United States at the age of five, beginning a journey that would shape him into the caring and supportive man his family knew and loved. With hard work and perseverance, he graduated from George Mason University — an achievement that reflected his dedication and strength of character.
He proudly supported his father in the family business, a testament to the deep bonds of loyalty and love that defined him. Carlos went on to build a successful career at Huntington Bank, where his passion for helping others, his ease with technology, and his ability to connect with clients in both English and Spanish made him an invaluable presence to all who worked alongside him.
Though Carlos faced health challenges, he never let them dim his spirit or his desire to show up for the people he cared about. In his quiet moments at home, he found joy in the things he loved most — playing legos or watching a good movie with his two sons, experimenting in the kitchen over a good steak, and unwinding with video games. Through it all, his loyal and beloved dog Nora was faithfully by his side, a constant and comforting companion.
Above all, Carlos was a proud father to his sons, who were the light of his life. He leaves behind a legacy of love, hard work, and quiet strength that will live on in the hearts of all who were blessed to call him family.
Carlos, you will never be forgotten. May he rest in peace. 🕊️
