She was born in Yauco, PR, the daughter of the late Guillermo and Oliva Rivera Caraballo. Carmen was the loving sister of Miriam Caraballo, Guillermo Caraballo, Mildred Colon, Emma Estremera, Milton Caraballo, Alicia Castro, Marilyn Caraballo, Lucila Caraballo, Ramonita Rivera and the late Virginia Caraballo, Irma Caraballo and Zinnia Gonzales. Adored aunt of many.
All services are private. She will be laid to rest at Riverside Cemetery.
