Connie was not only my sister in law, she was my good friend. Connie spent a lot of time with her brother bLarry and me.
Connie was one of the most compassionate persons I have ever known, anytime someone needed help she was there to provide it to the best of her ability. Those that knew her also knew she was a lover of animals When her beloved Pugsly passed away she was so heartbroken, never got over it, she couldn't even speak of Pugsly without breaking down in tears.
Connie was faithful to her job at Heinens, though the last few years of her life she had difficulty walking and experienced so much physical pain, at the point of falling to the ground a few times, but she picked herself and kept going, the girl had unbelievable will power!
It saddens my heart that Connie never got to enjoy her retirement, the fruits of her labor she worked so hard for.
The. circumstances surrounding Connies death was just devastating .
My sweet Connie, gone but will never be forgotten by those that truly loved her. I will miss her terribly and will cherish the beautiful memories we shared together.

We were so sad to hear of Connie's passing. We worked together for many years. Lots of laughs at work.
She had such a good heart for friends and animals and would do whatever she could to help them.
We'll miss our rides home together and our friendship.
Rest in peace dearest Connie ❤

I'm so sorry to hear of Connie's passing. Connie and I worked together for many years and she was quite the spitfire, always told it like it is. She had a big heart and was a lover of animals. We shared many stories about our pets over the years. I know that she worked hard her whole life, in order to raise her children by herself. She was especially proud of her grandchildren and spoke of them often. It's a shame that once she stopped working, she had no time to stop and smell the flowers, relax or enjoy the fruits of her labor. Connie will be missed by many. May she rest in peace with her beloved dog, Pugsly.

This news is so sad. Connie (Chello) and I go back a long time.we hung out for many many years .We worked together played together and just hung out.The children grew up together. They loved each other.we had a lot of fun.Connie was a very hard working girl raising her children all alone and getting them to school every day even though she worked nights. When the Mexican Village closed for good we kind of drifted into the next stage of life I would see her often taking her to and from work. I worked for RTA so she always kept me in the loop sometimes she would ride all the way downtown to the end of the line with me just so we could chat.I am so so very sad to hear of her passing she deserved so much more.Chello Rest In Peace and hug and kiss my girls.💚😪
