DANIEL CHRISTOPHER PETERS, beloved father of Daniel Peters, Jr. and Ashley Bauer (Jarod), and
grandfather of Cooper and Cora Bauer, passed away on August 14th, 2024
Born in Cleveland, Ohio on March 4, 1972, the youngest of nine children. Danny resided in
Cleveland and had his own business as a metal spinner, known for his work making lanterns
and light shades for many local cities and restaurants. He also made two of the shields for
Captain America in the Avengers movies which were filmed in Cleveland. Danny was an avid
fan of all Cleveland teams, and enjoyed fishing.
Danny was preceded in death by his father, George Peters III, his mother, Donna Peters (nee
Martindale), and sister Anna Peters. He is survived by his siblings Joyce Larned, Diane Alliano
(Joe), Anthony Peters (Celia), Doris Gwinn (Paul), Katherine Antepara (Joe), George Peters IV
(Shawn), and Dana Dolly (Kenneth), Aunt Margaret, and many nieces, nephews, cousins and
extended family and his beloved dog, Hela.
Danny is missed dearly, but will be remembered as always keeping you laughing.
Come celebrate Daniel’s life Monday, August 19, from 5-8pm in the Craciun Berry Funeral Home, 7200 Detroit Ave. Mass of Christian Burial Tuesday, August 20, at 10am in St. Stephen Church, 1930 W. 54th St. PLEASE MEET AT CHURCH. Interment Whitehaven Memory Gardens.
