Mr. David Lacy

A man of steady devotion and unwavering loyalty, Mr. Lacy lived with a deep sense of commitment—to his family, to his faith, and to the values he carried throughout his life. He served his country and was honorably discharged from the United States Army, a reflection of the quiet duty and steadfastness that marked his years.

Mr. Lacy was a faithful member of Central Bible Baptist Church, where he served as an usher and attended Bible Study. In the fellowship of his church community, his constancy and care were evident, and he remained closely connected to his dear Church family.

In his personal time, he loved to exercise and play golf, embracing routines that spoke to his discipline and enduring spirit.

Mr. Lacy was preceded in death by his wife, Patricia E. Lacy, in 2018. He is survived by his children, Adrienne L. Lacy and David Lacy Jr.; his god-daughter, Yvette Owens; and many other relatives and dear Church family.

Visitation will be held at Cummings & Davis Funeral Home, 13201 Euclid Avenue, Cleveland, Ohio 44112, on April 24, 2026, from 4:00 pm to 7:00 pm. A Graveside Service Lake View Cemetery will take place on April 25, 2026, at 10:00 am.
