Mr. Derrick Salim Rahman

Mr. Derrick Salim Rahman, age 58, passed away on July 1, 2026. Born on April 13, 1968, Derrick will be remembered with deep respect and lasting affection by all who had the privilege to know him. A beloved and cherished presence, he carried himself with steady dignity, offering kindness in quiet ways and leaving behind an example that will not be forgotten.

Derrick served in the Marines, a commitment that reflected his hard-working spirit and sense of duty. Through that service—and through the way he met life with resolve—he became an inspirational figure to those around him, admired not only for what he did, but for the strength and heart with which he did it.

Away from formal responsibilities, Derrick found genuine joy in being an avid Dallas Cowboys fan, embracing the camaraderie and tradition that come with devoted fandom. In both the serious and the everyday moments of life, he remained kind-hearted, steady, and true—someone whose memory will continue to be held with gratitude.

Janaza Prayer will be held at Cummings & Davis Funeral Home, 13201 Euclid Avenue, Cleveland, Ohio 44112, on July 25, 2026, at 9:30 am.
