

Born in Cameo, West Virginia, she was the daughter of the late Earthel and Della (Cullison) Sheets.
Dottie was the beloved wife of the late Thomas Ray Wiley, with whom she shared a lifetime of love and devotion until his passing on October 20, 2022. Together they built a family that remained the center of her world. She was the loving mother of Esta Faye Wiley (deceased) and Della (Keith) Williams; cherished grandmother of Larry (Amber) Rockwell, Justin (Nikki) Rockwell, Amber Yvonne Rockwell (Charles Salter), Keith Williams Jr., and Olivia Williams; and proud great-grandmother of five, each of whom brought her immense joy and pride.
She was the dear sister of Lula Belle Collins (Robert, deceased) and the late Earthel Leroy Sheets (Phyllis), Charles Sheets (Barbara), David Sheets (Patricia), and Janet Crawford (Al). She was also a loving aunt whose kindness will be fondly remembered by many nieces and nephews.
Dottie was a gentle, soft-spoken woman whose greatest joy came from spending time with her family. A faithful Baptist, she lived a life marked by love, kindness, and devotion to those she held dear. Whether sharing a meal, enjoying a conversation, or simply being together, she treasured every moment spent with those she loved. Her quiet presence, caring heart, and unwavering love will be deeply missed and forever remembered by her family and friends.
All services will be private. Burial will take place at the family cemetery in Rock Creek.
While her family grieves her passing, they find comfort in knowing she is reunited with those who went before her. Her life was a blessing, her memory a treasure, and she will be deeply loved and missed until the day her family meets her again.
