Edward Lawrence Singleton

Edward L. Singleton, age 82 of Cleveland, Ohio, passed away on December 17, 2023. He was born on August 12, 1941, in Cleveland, Ohio to the late Martin and to the late Marie Singleton (nee Hess). He was also preceded in death by his brother Joel. He will be deeply missed by his siblings Martin (Gloria), Tim (Delores), Pat Rachlin (Marc), Helen Bair (the late Lester), Nancy Abarca (Wayal). Dear Uncle to Linda Singleton (Scott Papson)(children, Brennan, Mya and Caden), Todd Bair, Timothy Singleton and Tammy Singleton and Kathleen Singleton.

Ed worked over 30 years for Cuyahoga County as a maintenance worker. He took the bus wherever he needed to go as he never drove. He never missed a day of work, which was amazing taking a bus. He liked visiting his neighborhood bar to throw back a couple of drinks with his friends. Even though Ed never married and had no children, he did dot on his nieces and nephews when they were younger and he loved family gatherings.
