Ervin Bias, beloved husband, father, grandfather, great-grandfather, brother and friend, passed away peacefully on June 24, 2026, at the age of 76. Ervin leaves behind a legacy of hard work, devotion to family, love for God, his church family and kindness toward all who knew him.
Born on November 5, 1949, Ervin was a man who valued faith, family and friendship above all else. He shared a loving marriage to Drema Bias (Coleman) for 50 years. Together they built a family that was the center of his life. He was devoted father to Daniel Bias, Denise Bias, Deanna Roark (Bias) and Shei Webb (Bias). Nothing brought him greater pride than watching his children, 6 grandchildren and 4 great-grandchildren grow and flourish.
Ervin was the brother to Sheila Kochock, Beverly Shelley and Jimmy Bias. He was proceeded in death by his brothers, Randy, Gerald and George Bias; along with his sister Diane Cramer.
Ervin was proud of his trucking business, a profession that reflected his strong work ethic and commitment to providing for his family. He will be remembered for his strength, generous spirit and unwavering dedication to those he loved. He was a man who found happiness in the company of family and friends; his presence brought comfort and encouragement to many. His life was a testament to the values of hard work, loyalty and love.
Though his passing leaves a tremendous void in the hearts of those who knew him, Ervin’s memory will live on through the family he cherished and the countless lives he touched. He will be deeply missed and forever remembered with love.
The family will receive friends on Wednesday, July 1, 2026 from 4pm-7pm Corrigan Craciun Funeral Home, 14768 Lorain Ave, Cleveland, where funeral services will be held on Thursday at 12PM.
