Frannie dedicated her professional life to bringing comfort and dignity to others as a Licensed Practical Nurse in hospice care. Outside of her career, she was a woman of vibrant passions and deep faith. An accomplished vocalist, she loved singing high soprano, filling her church and home with music. She found immense joy in baking for those she loved, shopping, going out to eat, and dedicating time to her church community and family. Frannie also had a lifelong appreciation for beauty, leaving behind a legacy of being famously obsessed with Victorian furniture and decor. Her home was shared with her dear companion, her beloved cat Frankie.
She was the loving mother of James Willis (Veronica), Kim Williams (Scott), Scott Willis (Misty), Michael Ullman (Tina), David Ullman (Janae), and the late baby Maria. She was the cherished grandmother of 13, and the proud great-grandmother of 9. She was preceded in death by her parents, Wilfred and Frances Laura (née Robson) Wylie.
Come celebrate Frannie’s life Monday July 27 from 10AM to 12PM in the Cleveland Baptist Church 4431 Tiedeman Rd where the funeral service will be at 12PM. Interment Sunset memorial Park.
