George M. Gedeon

George M. Gedeon age 80, Born December 30, 1935 in Painesville, Ohio. Passed away May 9, 2016 in Berea Ohio. George was a long time resident of Fairport Harbor and former member of St. Anthony of Padua Catholic Church where he attended school. George was a retired chemist from Diamond Allied. A special thank you to Franklin Plaza Nursing Home for their many years of care. George is survived by a son Bruce, grandchildren, a brother Lawrence, two sisters Charlotte (Richard) Bergkessel (of Arizona) and Hedy (Bill) Kronenwetter (of North Carolina) and nephews and nieces. George was preceded in death by his two son’s Ken and David, his parents George and Catherine (nee Pierce) and a brother Vince and two sisters Laverne Kochis and Darlene Davison. Relatives and friends are asked to meet for a graveside services Friday May 20, 2016 at 1 PM at Riverside Cemetery 385 Riverside Drive Painesville, Ohio. Father Peter Mihalic of St. Anthony of Padua Catholic Church will be officiating the committal Services. Arrangements by Corrigan Craciun Funeral Home, Cleveland 216-251-7000.
