Jim was a former neighbor of mine when I lived on Silverdale. I just learned of his passing when I drove down the street and saw his home for sale. He was such a good, kind hearted person. When my two kids were young, he always made a point of visiting them with goodies as Santa and the Easter Bunny! He was a giving and selfless man, a rare gem. I'm so very sorry for the loss his family and friends feel with his passing.

I am so sorry to hear this sad news. Jimi, Frank and the whole family were a big part of my life for a long time. I can't even begin to recall all the memories and stories I have made with them, from Tuesday night bowling to out of town trips to helping with his annual Santa Claus duties to just hanging out in the old apartment. I can still hear his laugh echoing through my head every time I think of him. He will be missed and thought of often. My heart goes out to the entire family.

Ed, Eddy and Frank I'm so sorry to hear of Jimi's passing. I'll always remember him as Santa Claus at HC for so many years with such a huge smile! God bless him and all of you in this difficult time.

Found memories of Jimi as he performed some "side jobs" for me. I will always remember his Christmas "tonic" and his unending love for his Mother.

I have been Jim's neighbor for many years.  He was one of the nicest men I have ever known.  We often talked about sports and he would tell me about his family.  He was so generous and kind.  I recently had knee surgery and when he found out, he brought me some deserts and vegetables.  He always had treats for my dog, who loved him.  I will miss him greatly.  My thoughts are with his family.
