Jessie was the beloved wife of the late James Cox; loving mother of Terri McCoy; cherished grandmother Cassandra (Steven) Norris, Donnie (Lori) Packard, Amber Casale and Natasha Packard and great-grandmother of Alyssa, Nicholas, Serenity, Kaleb, Laine, Mackenzie, Noah (deceased), Annabelle, Gunner and Emma; dear sister of the late Doris (Junior) Simms and Everett Carroll; adored aunt of Vikki and Debbie and friend of many.
