Jesus Aponte Rivera, Age 84, of Cleveland, Ohio. Passed away on November 26, 2015 at home with his wife Iris of 59 years, loving father of Jose, Herbert and Robert (Faye), dearest grandfather of Bobby, Melissa, and Mackenzie, great grandfather of Dylan and Amelia, dear brother of Juan and Laura and the following deceased William, Pablos, and Felicita, and dear uncle and friend of many. He was born on July 28, 1931. He served in the United States Army during the Korean War in Company D, 13 Engineer Battallion Combat and received National Defense Service Metal and United Nations Services Medal and the Korean Service Metal.
