She was born in Virginia, the daughter of Neltha (Harlan, deceased) Shaffer and the late Lonnie Hubbard. Joan is the loving sister of Steve (Jeanne) Hubbard and the late Gary W. Hubbard and adored aunt of Janice (Jesse) Trgo, Elyana Karrie (Ofer) Buskila, Colton Hubbard (deceased) and great-aunt of Jillian and Jensen Trgo and many nephews in Huntington Beach, CA.
The family will receive friends on Monday, March 13, 2023 from 4PM-6PM with a funeral service at 6PM at Craciun Berry Funeral Home, 7200 Detroit Avenue, Cleveland.
