

Bloodworth who preceded him in death as well as (3) siblings Ella, Doris
and James Bloodworth.
John was called “Johnny” by all who knew him. He professed his faith in
Christ at an early age. He attended Cleveland Public Schools. John grew
up in the Cleveland area.
John married the love of his life Lula Mae Green, to this union they had
5 children John II, Sharon, Clarice, Steve and Clinton. John later worked
for Alcoa for over 30 years. John enjoyed skating so much, he taught most
of his children how to skate at the Play Mor Skating rink on Cedar. He
also enjoyed fishing and bowling. Joh was a co-owner of Hill Top Bowling
Lanes for years. He also loved to work on cars, John was an expert auto
mechanic, but that was his gift to us WOW what a gift John was, also
called “Mr. Fix it Man” always willing to help people he didn’t even know.
John always shook his finger at you when he felt that you were in trouble
or did something wrong. John was also very friendly to all he met. Family
always came 1st. John retired from Alcoa Company and relocated to Las
Vegas Nevada. He lives in Las Vegas for over 28 years and moved back to
Cleveland. He lived in his own apartment until his health failed then lived
at Grande Pointe Nursing Home until his death.
John leaves to Celebrate & Cherish his memories, loving children Sharon
(Leroy Jr), Clarice (Reggie), Steve & Clinton (Luietta) one sister Betty
Floyd who he loved very dearly. John II preceded him in death, also
one grandson Ronald R. Flowers II. John has 7 grandchildren, 17 great
grandchildren and 2 great great grandchildren, a host of nieces, nephew
cousins and friends.
Special friends are Mama Carline Richardson and Lois Hatchet
