Kerry Lynn Briggs

Born in Medina, Kerry was the beloved daughter of Jerry Briggs Sr. (deceased) and Sherry (Tonti) Briggs. She was the cherished sister of the late Jerry Briggs Jr. and the loving niece of John Tonti and Dino Tonti.

Kerry dedicated her life to caring for others as a State Tested Nursing Assistant (STNA) at Life Care in Valley City. Nursing was more than a job to her—it was a reflection of who she was. She had a gentle heart, a compassionate spirit, and a natural ability to comfort those in need. Her kindness touched countless lives, and she formed lasting friendships wherever she went.

To know Kerry was to know someone who genuinely cared. She was quick with a smile, generous with her time, and always willing to lend a helping hand. She had a way of making people feel welcome, valued, and loved. Her warmth and compassion left an impression on everyone fortunate enough to cross her path.

Kerry found great joy in the simple things in life, especially the unconditional love of her beloved cats, Ms. Princess, Peewee, and Mr. Colt. They were not just pets, but treasured companions who brought her comfort, laughter, and happiness every day.

Though her time here was far too short, the love she shared and the memories she created will live on in the hearts of her family, friends, coworkers, and all those whose lives she touched. She will be remembered for her beautiful heart, her caring nature, and the love she so freely gave to others.

A Celebration of Life service will be held at a later date.

Kerry's memory will forever remain a blessing to those who loved her. Though she is gone from our sight, she will never be gone from our hearts. ❤️
