I don't know this family, but I can tell by her smile and her love of education and children that her family and friends have lost a true angel. May God wrap his arms around you and help you to find peace, calm, and eventually closure. Use your love for Maggie and each other to comfort yourselves and help ease the pain. She was beautiful, and I can see that she was just as beautiful on the inside. Pray often, and take it one day at a time, one foot in front of the other. My family will be praying for you all.

Maggie's smile always brightened the room, that is what I remember so clearly about her. Whenever I spoke to her when she was a student at Magnificat, I would always walk away happy, because she was so kind and happy herself. I will continue to prayer for her family and friends, and the students who have been so impacted by her presence in their lives. "Perhaps they are not stars, but rather openings in Heaven where the love of our lost ones pours through and shines down upon us to let us know they are happy." May all of us continue to feel the presence of Maggie in our lives...well done, good and faithful servant.

I am so sorry for the passing of your beautiful daughter. I did not know her, but I have lived in Newton NC most of my life. It really hurt my family when we heard the news. We looked at her beautiful pictures and could not believe how stunning she was. We could see what a loving soul she was. That is why all of her students loved her. We pray God will give you his peace and strength in your beloved loss. My family grieves with you.

To Maggie's family and loved ones,
I did not know Maggie personally but did see her frequently at Mass at St. Aloysius Catholic Church in Hickory. I truly believe her loss has reached "Far Beyond" those lives she touched!
I pray that you find peace and comfort knowing Maggie is with our heavenly Father and shining in the light of His glory.
God Bless You and Keep You,

My prayers and condolences to Maggie's family. I unfortunately have experienced the loss of grown children too. God will help you and give you all of the Grace you need - just as He did with our family not so long ago. He always does. You now have a special blessed soul in heaven looking over you to add to your future blessings. May God Bless you all. Maggie is with her Creator now smiling and looking down on all of us. She may be shooting some baskets now waiting for us to join her too.
