

Marion Adams was born in Moultrie of Colquitt County Georgia on January 24, 1931. Her parents were the late Frank Weston Sr. and Katie Mae (Thomas) Weston. She was one of six daughters and six sons all of which preceded her in death. Marion graduated high school and married J.T. Sanders. (Deceased) During their marriage their three children were born. Danny, Gail, and James.
Later Marion married Flemmie Adams Sr. (Deceased),His sons, Flemmie Jr, Willie, Samuel, Daughters Evelyn and Betty became a part of their blended family. In 1957 they moved from Georgia to Cleveland, Ohio.
Marion always appreciated the Bible as God's Word. She also enjoyed singing in a choir and sewing, baking pies, being a caregiver, was a Silk-Finisher and always a working mom!
When contacted by Jehovah's Witnesses through the door-to-door ministry, she readily accepted a Bible-Study using the booklet "This Good News of The Kingdom." Soon, thereafter, her husband, Flemmie Adams joined in the study.
Then, in July 1959 they made their dedication to Jehovah God and were baptized as Jehovah's Witnesses! This was at the District Convention in Cincinnati, Ohio. Sister Marion Adams had the privilege of attending every Memorial Occasion, every Circuit Assembly over the years and attended all three days of the 2023 Regional Convention.
Sister Adams enjoyed her Pioneer Ministry. She shared the Bible's Truth with family and assisted others along the way in coming to know Jehovah, even after moving back to Georgia in the 1970's. After the death of her husband, she returned to Cleveland to be near her children. Her love and loyalty to Jehovah allowed her to spend her final years with new and older friends at the North Park congregation, the North Vale congregation and Cedar Hill congregation.
Sister Marion Adams is survived by her sons, Brother Danny Sanders, Brother James Sanders, Brother Willie Adams (wife Sister Lovice Adams) Daughter, Sister Gail Morrison, (Husband Brother Bruce Morrison). These are her grandchildren, Shauntina, Conswalla, Desiree, Stacie (Maurice) Stephanie, Jermain (Deceased} Jamil, Natalie and Patrick. She was blessed with great-grands and great- greatgrands, including her Georgia family. Many friends and Spiritual Sisters and brothers world-wide.
A visitation will be held Monday, February 5, 2024 from 4PM-7PM at CUMMINGS & DAVIS FUNERAL HOME, 13201 Euclid Avenue East Cleveland, OH 44112. A memorial service will be held Tuesday, February 6, 2024 at 10:30AM at the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's Witnesses, 1838 Noble Road East Cleveland, OH 44112.
