Mark Anthony Snider Sr.

Mark was born in Cleveland, Ohio to his loving parents Mary Snider and Marvin (Katherine) Murphy. He is the beloved father of Joseph Rodriguez, Mark Snider Jr., Meadow Snider, and the late Syncere Snider. Grandfather to Alejandros and Genesis. He is the protective brother of Marvin Paschall, Micheal Snider, Naomi Snider, Asia Murphy, Christopher Murphy, Tiara Murphy and Regina Woods. He is also a nephew, cousin, Uncle, grandchild, godson and a friend.

Mark was always thinking of how to better himself so his kids would never have to want or need anything. Mark was always thinking of what he could accomplish next. He served 15 years of active duty in the United States Air Force and five years as a civilian. Mark earned two Bachelors degrees during his time of service.

When they returned stateside, Mark and Tonia purchased their first home. This is where he discovered a passion for renovating. Mark always found a new project to work on around the house. He was a perfectionist so it always took him extra time but the projects were always impeccably finished!

That passion lead Mark to earn his real estate license and begin his journey on flipping homes. Many may not know this, but Mark has a pending patent. Nobody could know about it because he didn’t want anyone to steal his idea!

Family was Mark's number one priority. He attended every family function and showed up dressed in his Jordan from head to toe. We all have fond memories of him singing a genre of music from rap to Motown and always looking for someone to dance with. He always came equipped with a serious sense of humor. He was a lethal negotiator and was definitely one of the strongest men any of us knew. You will always be in our hearts. Until we meet again… As we know you are watching over us…Know that you are and always will be loved.

A visitation will occur Monday, August 1, 2022 from 9:00 AM to 10:30 AM, 7200 Detroit Ave, Cleveland, Ohio 44102. A funeral service will occur Monday, August 1, 2022 at 11:00 AM at St. Michael the Archangel, 3114 Scranton Rd, Cleveland, Ohio 44109.
