Webster and Juanita Willis. He attended Cleveland Public Schools and
graduated from East Technical High School.
Charles was employed by Lincoln Electric for many years where he was a
material handler. In his pastime he loved spending quality time with his
family and he especially adored his grandchildren and great grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his parents and brother Alfred Luther Snell.
He leaves to cherish fond memories beloved wife Barbara, sons; Charles
D. (Patricia) Snell, Michael O. (Bridgette) Snell, Mark Snell, Joel D. Snell,
James A. Snell, 26 grandchildren, 15 great grandchildren other relatives and
friends.
